The Niners reportedlly are receiving trade inquiries for Trey Lance.

Not surprising but too early for the Niners to entertain the idea of trading away Lance until they know that Brock Purdy is good to go for the coming season.

And, even so, the Niners would be foolish to trade Lance away, as long as they have him tied up contractually, because they don't have any other viable backups after Jimmy G went to Vegas.

Don't even remember the name of the 3rd string QB and, given his "performance" the only chance he had to "lead the team" when Purdy got hurt, he almost certainly may not be around next year unless the NIners can't find someone (anyone) better.

But:
Some games will be Thursday (Prime), and some games will be national Sunday, SNF, or MNF.
For the @49ers, a team widely expected to contend again, many games would likely be available without Sunday Ticket.
Which could mean $35 or more per ST game.

I'd buy a #49ers season pass, that let me watch all non-national games at $20/game. But for $349, I'm out.

Perhaps we should consider a sport where the first QB will get a major sprain and the second will get a concussion 20 minutes later as “poorly designed.” The game is fine-tuned to create debilitating injuries.

I suppose it’s inarguable that the #49ers season was headed for either “Mr Irrelevant Wins Super Bowl” or “Every Single Quarterback is Dead” with no in between and ultimately they committed to this season’s original bit.

I'm not a fan of Fox's graphic to indicate which team has the ball. Someone asked me why the #49ers had minus 7 points. I'd noticed the same thing previously. I've seen other channels use a brown football emoji to indicate possession. Maybe #FoxSports can fix their graphic. #Eagles #NFL
