Norman Blake is one of the greatest and most important #acoustic/traditional/ #bluegrass musicians and songwriters we've had, and perhaps the least known of the true titans to folks outside the genre and fandom. He's got a famous album from McCabe's in '75 (which he doesn't like but I do).

One of only two albums released on the Telegraph label founded by three ex-#OMD members, the other being Still Life (earlier this thread). This is an absolutely amazing live album and the music is so consistent throughout the album. They managed to make #synthpop songs sound great acoustically and that is a brilliant quality! Definitely in my top 3 favourite China Crisis albums.
