Had a great time at the opera last night with @ChrisWere - La Traviata by WNO in Cardiff. I love opera and it breaks my heart a little that ticket prices in London are so high. There were three of us last night and it cost less than £30 a ticket for great seats in the raised stalls. Opera is an expensive medium to produce but I wish it was more affordable for everyone. I’m grateful ticket prices in Cardiff are reasonable.

The event takes place at the Chicago Cultural Center, one of the most beautiful buildings in the city. Originally the main branch of the Chicago Public Library, it is made of marble with rich, intricate mosaics and windows designed by Tiffany and Company. It serves as the city’s main reception hall and a very popular arts hub.

This is interesting, but two things [er, so far, still reading]:

- * waves hands and yells loudly * LOOK WHAT HAPPENED (unsurprisingly) WITH NFTS

- I'm hearing a lot of "could", not "is" or "will".

And this idea of "collaborating" with #AI? That suggests AI has agency. It does not. We _have_ to stop this using this sort of language - it's incorrect at best and actively dangerous at worst.
