Smoke Bellow - “Fuck On” (2021)
Baltimore, MD trio that makes cool pop songs. Been listening to this a lot lately.
They were apparently inspired by classic post punk bands and were struck with the partnership of drums and bass as propulsive instruments.
This particular track creates a real mood, and the repetitive vocals has a kind of 80s sound to it (makes me think of Tones On Tail’s “Go”).
