@solidsanek On the real side, I learned that resting before #sleeping also helps.
If I go to #bed at 12 and wake up at 7 I'm super tired.
But if I go to bed at 10-11 and just rest until I can fall asleep around 12 and then wake up at 7, I feel much better.
