You can now get the #VivaldiBrowser in the Microsoft Store on Windows: for those times when you can’t even be asked to open Microsoft Edge to download another web browser. #BrowserChoice

Do you have any thoughts on this new prompt that Microsoft puts up when you click on a link in the Microsoft Outlook app for Android? The right option is always to use the system #DefaultBrowser! #BrowserChoice #MicrosoftEdge

Bottom sheet dialog prompt asking you to choose between opening a link with “Microsoft Edge, recommended by Microsoft” and “Default browser, configure in Settings”.

I strongly dislike the captive audience prompts that Microsoft forces on Windows users. Microsoft shouldn’t misuse Windows Updates and security patches as an opportunity to market its other products to customers. #BrowserChoice #TyrannyOfTheDefault

A full-screen dialog saying “Use recommended browser settings”. Users are given the options to “Use Microsoft recommended browser settings” or “Don’t update your browser settings”. It doesn’t clarify that this means switch to Microsoft Edge or keep your current default browser.
