Honnêtement, j'essaie fort, fort, fort de trouver ça abouti et intéressant leur fameux éditeur de blocs qui est sensé révolutionner la façon de gérer les sites web.
Mais, on va se le dire.
Si on dit que la perfection n'est pas de ce monde, l'éditeur de bloc Gutenberg en est un brillant exemple. 😏
I've thoroughly gotten distracted with this #Javascript / #Markdown #CMS... Though it is straying away from the concept of "completely client sided" with the expansion of #Python scripts for some CGI actions.
Work today is for https://github.com/cdp1337/markdownmaster/issues/17 - a feature to not _need_ to rely on index pages. This allowed my simple site with 35 pages to drop from 52 requests down to just 12. :)
Thus far I'm pretty excited with where this is heading.

half a year later, i deleted ghost from the machine, it's incompatible with the official debian bullseye nodejs and npm packets, so it fails to update and unfortunately the old version has a critical security flaw.
So, not worth it for me, maybe for personal projects I will reconsider, but i will not recommend it (right now) for a production server :(

Is there such a thing as #flatfile #CMS that doesn't run on a webserver but rather can just sync between users on a cloud desktop sync like #Dropbox or #OneDrive?

A Drupal Backend developer should have a delicate balance between writing code and site-building skills.
They should know when to use existing entity types (content type, taxonomy etc.), when to create new entity types, and when to extend the existing ones.
They should know when to add a new field, re-use created ones, and develop their field type and formatter or develop just a formatter for the existing field.
They should know when to use existing views by creating a new display mode, creating unique views, or displaying the results using custom queries.
They should know when to use a contributed module, when to extend them and when to build it afresh.
And the list goes on...
If someone is better than one thing and not the other, project architecture and codebase become a mess in a few years, and then technology is blamed.
