At today's press conference on the Calgary daycare E. Coli outbreak:
Reporter: "Can you explain to those parents who have kids in hospitals why it's taken the chief medical officer of health and the minister of health a week to even address this publicly?"
CMOH: "...We didn't feel there was urgency to do that up until this point."
Health Minister: "...I believe what Dr. Joffe meant was that it was urgent from the very, very beginning."
Another lucky-ish find was this Osprey just hanging out by the Bow River near downtown Calgary.
I initially spotted it from across the river, but was near enough to a bridge that I was able to pop over to the other side for a closer shot.
