Well, three mornings in a row I got some good cat lap time. 😻 I really enjoy quality time with my buddy. He really leans into some ear scratches with some severe purring and toe stretching. Makes me feel really appreciated. And then he gives me a nose boop telling me that it's appreciated.

Nurse Izzy attending tonight and hard at work. It's good to be home with my cats.
So, my mom is under the impression that Izzy the Cat noticed that something wasn't right and was trying to warn us about my illness... The day before I collapsed, she was refusing to eat.
I dunno if that's true or not, but I like to think the little furball is looking out for me.
One of the things that I love about Izzy is how after she eats dinner, she'll walk over to me and yowl until I stop what I'm doing and go lay down with her for a bit and give her pets and snuggles.
With that face, how could I resist her demands?
Izzy is grumpy that I told her that she can't have her own Mastodon account tonight because I'm too tired to find out what instance the other cats hangout on.

I spent a good part of the week hanging out with this little lady.... Casually and on the other side of the room.
Lucy is friendly, but quite shy and anxious. She prefers to find a nice place to hide or to stick to her cat daddy when there are visitors.
Cat daddy and I had been marveling about how much more sociable she'd been with me around this visit... Less hiding, more lap time.
She's still not sure what to think of me, but she'll pose for pictures if I tell her she's pretty.

Oliver, the oldest of my #cats, is 8 today! I can hardly believe my adorable, squishy, goofy, fluffball is middle-aged already. He is just so cool - he quit Facebook years before I did and he loves #Xfce. He gives love chomps when you pet him which is cute and annoying but at least he leaves plants alone.
