This is Gremlin. The photo really doesn't do her justice. She was beautiful and fierce. Even in her last days on shaky legs, she was absolute queen of the house. She once chased off a large growling black dog that was menacing me on the path. I met her in the bushes behind a parking lot. Her mama calling to her, she decided my lap was best, and so it remained to the moment she died. She was my first cat, my best cat, and I still miss her.
