I went cold turkey off a most-of-a-pot-of-coffee daily habit to zero a month ago. I didn't miss it at all, mostly because it coincided with a baaaad nerve pinch, and the pain likely beat out the withdrawals in pursuit of my attention

Of course the water park was a nightmare. Young one refused to play on slides, just wanted to sit in the water, ruining the older’s experience, as both had to be supervised and I was alone… Eventually I’ve found a place where older could go on the slides and would not be able to get lost… Now, the #coffee I deserved!

It’s not cheating using #ebikes (although it is using Strava but that’s just for visual representation), if it wasn’t for electric-assist bikes we would be driving. Averaging 20km/hr isn’t that much slower than a car. Two hours in the saddle.
We should be building for #cargobikes more than EVs. Cheaper for everyone, much better for the environment, better all round.

Correct. And that abomination was made like this:
1: Other person makes steamed milk with foamy top, in the cup, maybe many cups, and puts it / them in the pass for later orders.
2: Said cup sits on the pass for a very long time and dries out.
3: Order comes in.
4: Cup is pulled from the pass & espresso is poured thru the foam to the milk along the edge.
5: Profit 😉
