Coinneach showing off at physio today! I haven't been able to get him to do the exercises the others do, he's just not interested, so our physio decided to do something different. This is not a physio exercises, this is just moving, having fun and getting lots of treats (as far as he's concerned anyway 😂). This is actually an exercise Dakota has to do, she finds it really hard but it is so easy for Coinneach!

Managed to get Dakota to pay attention for some search games. First in the concrete tunnel, then among the stack of tyres, then on a tree trunk which had holes in it for hiding treats and then finally on a log! She did pretty well so hopefully it will become easier to get her to focus and pay attention!

Another lovely walk in the #sunshine today! We headed up Glen Doll, still badly damaged from the storms and our favourite routes are blocked off so we did a simple there and back walk to the bridge on the Jock's Road route.

Ball throwing time. One of Lily's many methods of letting me know when it's time to play ball. If I'm watching TV, she'll get right in my face to block my view of the TV. As for waking me up in the morning, she'll either whack me on the head with her paws, put her full weight on my chest or do her current favorite method, which is to continuously do snoot boops.

Our #canicross run tonight took us onto the #beach 😃 We did 12.5k our longest run since the first lockdown (we managed 15k, mum ended up with a shin splint and that was the end of our canicross season because then it was too hot to run 😂). It poured down so we got soaked too!

Trip out to the #DogFriendly Lindores Abbey #Distillery yesterday! Yup, a dog friendly #whisky distillery isn't that brilliant? We had a great tour around and dad enjoyed sampling the whisky at the end (mum doesn't drink and they don't do a doggy whisky). Was a great day out 😀

It's Dakota's second #Fosterversary today! I went to the rescue with Moss and Zena to see if they would get on, it went okay enough for her to come home with us and the rest, as they say, is history😂

She had a few issues:
- Spinning (resulting in sore paws)
- Pacing
- Car chasing
- Bird/insect/leaf/anything in the air chasing
- Resource guarding
- Inability to settle

Lots of fun to deal with!
