One thing that was unfortunately missing from all of the amazing announcements at this year’s WWDC is the introduction of a standalone “Passwords” app.
I think putting this feature front and center instead of burying it in Settings could really help the user experience and improve discoverability.
I made a quick mockup in Sketch to illustrate that this could be achieved with surprisingly little work. Here’s hoping they do this soon! 🤞

Quick concept idea of a color flow puzzle I want to (maybe) add to the larger game. Three variants, rotate the tiles, place the tiles, place the inputs.
These would have issues for color blind players. So instead of color coding I could turn it into a math puzzle, like adding numbers instead of colors.
As the core gameplay is coloring the world, all puzzles I will create will involve colors in some way. 🌈

Finally got my hands on a progressive metal classic, Ayreon 01011001. Special edition too, with a bonus DVD of behind the scenes footage and more. 17 singers, many talented musicians and a composition so strong it defies all expectations. I love it.
One simple but powerful addition I‘d love to see in iOS 17, iPadOS, etc.: An option to control notification settings centrally from any device connected to the same iCloud account.
Still having to manage this separately on each device seems outdated, especially now that cross-device focus modes exist. It quickly gets annoying to manually dial in the right settings for every new app.
I created a (very) quick mockup of how this option could be implemented in Settings.

I really hope that the next revision of iOS focuses on small but meaningful improvements. One example: Why is it still not possible to sort or filter passwords? I often don't know how to search for a password that I created with iCloud Keychain but I know that it is one of the most recent ones -> sorting by date would be the perfect solution.
All it would take is adding a menu similar to how the Notes and Files apps handle this. Here's a quick concept I created with Sketch.

I think the #concept of the fediverse is greatly underrated. It combines the benefits of #centralized and #distributed #platforms while leaving out their drawbacks. One can use the #instance of an organization one trusts or run its own instance to keep control of ones data and is still able to interact with other instances. This concept should be used for way more platforms!

This idea just hit me: #Mastodon but it’s made in #BASIC + maybe some #C because you totally need to use Mastodon on a Commodore 64. I wonder how easy something like this would be to make. I unfortunately do not having the coding skills to do so nor do I know how easy this would be, as you’d need to buy something to get the computer onto the wifi then find a way to get it working with #WebOne (or a similar proxy)
