Man I did not know until today that Poison the Well was doing an anniversary tour for You Come Before You.
Tickets went on sale last week and sold out, so are already 3x the face value (or wayyyy more depending on where you bought them), but I still snagged a couple for my friend and I.
Getting to see Botch in October and Poison the Well a couple of months later is a dream come true.
They are such a wise band.

I know it's not always feasible for smaller artists, but this is the only alternative until they break up Ticketmaster, which they SHOULD. To avoid the bots and resellers. One Good Thing that came out of the #pandemic for me was the discovery of dedicated live #music sessions on YouTube. I've always been a fan of #NPRTinyDesk #concerts, and then a wider search revealed so many more people doing similar work. I love the intimacy of these settings - it's a way of connecting to others and was a real lifeline to me during some pretty dark days.
