Well, 2 Amazing individuals have taken care of most of the goal this month.
I have taken this on board to not close #Cupofteasocial and to "keep on keeping on"

Also to say If activity does get busy from local users I will switch off boosts in the local timeline as it can get busy with them. As much as I enjoy all the wildlife & pet photos.
Thinking of packing things up on #Cupofteasocial to be honest. Money is getting too much of an issue. We're at the end of the month and we're less than half the monthly goal.
The other problem is as part of Joinmastodon mantra I have to announce im closing down and give it 3 months before actually closing down. Which leaves me with more than 3 months of bills to deal with.
Ive tried to do the best I can with this place but the activity and the money to run just isnt there anymore. Im not sure if its just because im having a bad week or not but anyway, I appreciate everyone for their support either from donations or just general enthusiasm. If I cant get help for the outstanding bill and another one generates I wont be able to run it anymore.
@Whiskeyomega I recently saw where you explained how to transition over to #CupofTeaSocial from other instances. I hadn't the time to do it then & being the silly that I am, managed not to save the post... can you guide me back to it by chance? IDK if it was a recent post or if I clicked into the notes on it on CupOfTea... but I've lost it.

Updating the servers for 4.2.0. So that includes all the dependences for Mastodon itself and should provide a more efficient and therefore quicker experience. If you notice anything strange let me know #Cupofteasocial #mastoadmin

Things are quiet on #Cupofteasocial and The Fediverse generally. Active Users are down and I find with things running along nicely there's not much to do or improve on at the moment.
I've been ill the last 3 days and today over it. Weathers good though so it might it beer o clock.

Currently still doing a Media cache migration and deleting 2.4TB of other servers media cache that you guys have looked at. You have been busy #Cupofteasocial Anyway, Apologies if the server is a little slow whilst this is going on but 2.4TB worth of cache takes a good day to delete.
Are images broken across Mastodon or is it just #Cupofteasocial or just me?? Tried two different apps and after two days still no avatars or photos visible. Alt text displayed instead.

Seems to be some network issues at the host for the servers of #Cupofteasocial . Im keeping an eye on it.
