While I wouldn’t say I’m a great fan of #cycling when it’s barely above freezing, it does have certain likeable features. For a start I hardly sweat and the wind chill factor certainly wipes away any sleepiness and you can forget your other problems for a while. On the down side, my fingers and toes soon start to feel numb. Today is very #sunny and so I had the rather incongruous pleasure of wearing #sunglasses in #December.

Another good trick to repel the #December #sad feelings, when it's dark going to work, and dark going home from work -- get out into the sun at lunch time. Sit outside, go for a walk, go to a restaurant or something. Maybe a little #exercise. #geocaching #outdoors is a great idea if you have time. #sunlight is a great #healing factor in #winter.
