'Gross' is from a live noise improvisation recorded 2/14/23 using a homemade microphone through some cheap guitar pedals. Two tracks include synthesizer parts that were recorded and added afterwards.

ZOMG!!! One of my songs got played on KEXP!!! I’m super thankful for having my song, A swarm of bees, played during Expansions with Brit Hansen and I really appreciate the kind words introducing the song. It continues to amaze me how people have reacted to this record that means so much to me.
If you want to hear it you can go to their streaming archive where they keep their shows up for two weeks. You can choose July 16th and it is the show Expansions with Brit Hansen that was at 9:00pm. The whole show is good, but my song comes on at about the first hour mark. On the site you can choose where to start from and 9:55pm should give you the end of the song before mine, which rules by the way.

I have been fascinated watching the corn grow in our garden. I never saw how the corn cobs develop before and must say, so enjoying that bounty of nature. I processed it as a film noir style black and white to give it the drama it deserves. You can view it larger here:
