Really kind of amazing how far and how fast things fell since 2015, isn't it?
TX legislature indicting their own defiant AG was a 12-ish hour story because the GOP-packed Supreme Court struck down FLA's attempt to ban books about the Holocaust and public existence of crossdressers/drag and the GOP is rallying for the ex-president's first Federal indictment (second overall) over Espionage Act violations that they don't even dispute he did.
I'm not saying this isn't good news, but that sure is some whiplash.
I wish more people were treating the federal indictment of a former-president, leader of a major party, front-runner for the party's presidential nomination, and head of the largest political cult in modern history with the seriousness it deserves.
There is a lot of, for lack of a better word, flippancy that seems unwarranted.

I know the #Dems are in the true definition of a no-win situation, but I have this sinking feeling that they wound up giving away much of the store, only to have the #GOP not follow through, i.e. playing Lucy with the football to the Dem's Charlie Brown. I have seen this movie before, after all.
