Stupid app requiring a load of other stupid apps and background services just to be able to keep all my workouts inside a walled garden, and even then it’s near impossible to get the files for anything useful.

The “send music to #Gear” feature tries to guess where my audio is (on my phone), but fails — so I have to manually copy and paste MP3s from obscure directories to some magic path, every time, to have the app send them to the device.

Obviously my body does not get smaller in latex - but it gets smoother. The "bumps" get less pronounced. Maybe the color black helps a little too. 😉

When attending my first #gearfetish party (#Gearblast:EU) in 2019 I was very anxious and extremely aware of my "deficits". But there I saw a lot of (and got in touch with some) other overweight guys in #gear. And guys who did not care about the shapes and sizes. It was quite relaxing in the end.

#Guitar heads! Got another #gear question. I recently got an Epiphone Les Paul 100, and really like it. I've used it in a gig already, and it plays well, and sounds... fine. It sounds fine. But it doesn't yet sound GREAT.

So, to that end, I'm wondering about getting new pickups. The current pickups I have are the factory installed ones - Epiphone 700 dual coil. I've read a bit on pickups and am thinking of getting this JH-B Seymour Duncan dual coil unpotted which, besides getting good reviews, is pretty affordable!

My question - I don't know anything about pickups, so - is it worth it to switch out the factory installed for the Seymour Duncan? Will I get a noticeably different tone? Are the factory installed equivalent, or are they embarassingly bad?

This metal hook, one of two that I bought recently at a camping outfitter store, is saving my brain on a less-than-optimal bus ride at the moment. I guess it's become fashionable for corporate bus lines not to provide storage pockets of any kind on seat backs.

I wouldn't leave the thermos on the hook indefinitely, too heavy, but it's fine while I'm seated here.
