After 10 days of Indoor training, I finally setup a Training Plan to ride a century in April. That might not sound like an achievement, for us it is though 💪 😃

That specific training started on Sunday with a 2 hour Zone 2 indoor ride (ouch!). In 10 days we'll be finally in Gran Canaria with our best friend so we can cycle around there. Looking forward to that. Been really cold here to be outside on the bike 🥶 😪

Good to have completed the first week of base building, and glad to have started this journey. A slight twitch under my left foot as I'm trying to adjust my stride and engage the glutes. I have some imbalance to work out there. Surprised that I was able to run at zone 2 without going over to zone 3 during the long run. Taking that as a win.
