The first test at moderate temperatures of -13°C of the solar powered Li-Ion Capacitor charger (rev 2) from Jasper Sikken @jrsikken achieved good results. The last winters we had several days with less than -30°C but this winter has been much warmer so far. The next step is to build a LoRaWan sensor and test it year-round. We have 2 month without direct sun, embedded in 2 month mostly cloud covered. If it works here it will work everywhere!
