They did a very good job today.
We had the electrician come and fix a thing, he survived. Then the pool guy came, and also was not mauled to death by dogs.
We have all, in fact, made it through the day together.
Now, snoozle-cuddles.
TIL that when you don't turn on the light in the kitchen, one time in I don't know, a thousand, you'll accidentally turn the oven dial to 'broil' instead of 'bake' and then you'll have to come up with something different for dinner.
Luckily, these two are here.

Today we took #Niko to meet his new veterinarian. Niko super duper panicked.
The vet and techs were lovely and we will definitely be keeping them. But I can't tell you how sad I felt about how afraid this kid was.
We have a tranquilizer to use for him next time, but it was an emotionally hard day for us both.

Good morning ☕ mastofriends and happy second gotcha day to little #Niko! 🎉 🎉 🎂
I had picked him up at the shelter (Pathways for Paws <-- heroes) and he had gotten carsick in his little pet carrier on the way home.
Our adoption protocol has always been "hey we have capacity to take care of another dog" and we just pick up whoever's nearest by and needs a home. We're so lucky that on this day, it was Niko.
Hey friends - I have been trudging through a tech project that I am nowhere near qualified to be able to do and tonight, with the help of @technocat ... IT LIVES.
There are still issue to fix but I can't tell you what a relief it is to have gotten this far.
