Meine Tochter lernt im Bildungshaus @Riesen_klein . In den nächsten Monaten gestaltet sie dort zum Abschluss der Grundschule ein Forschungsprojekt zu einem selbst gewählten Thema. Weil ihr das so viel Freude macht, sie Zuhause so viel davon erzählte und wir es beide toll fänden, wenn solch ein forschendes und selbstbestimmtes Lernen noch für viel mehr Kinder möglich wäre, haben wir uns überlegt, gemeinsam ein kleines Podcast-Projekt dazu zu starten. An unserer Schule ist MS 365 im Gespräch und ich hoffe inständig, dass es nicht dazu kommt. Mir ist nachwievor absolut unverständlich, warum die Länder keine #FLOSS und #OER Lösungen pushen. Das wäre Medienerziehung anstatt den großen 4 immer mehr in den Rachen zu schieben.

Ich habe über meine Reflexionen und Strategie angesichts von (unfreiwilligem, oft unbewusstenm) Tech-Influencing in der Bildung gebloggt. Ich bin mit Nachdenken dazu noch nicht fertig. Wichtig finde ich, dass wir diese Herausforderung gerade in der aktuellen KI-Debatte in der Pädagogik nicht ignorieren.
Ich habe den neuen #H5P Inhaltstyp Game Map für ein Flipped Lernmaterial ausprobiert. Ich finde, dass er sich (auch) dafür perfekt eignet: Bereitstellung von kurzen Videos und nach dem Ansehen wird jeweils eine Selbstüberprüfung freigeschaltet.

Wir waren letzte Woche auf der eTeach Jahrestagung und haben erfahren: twillo ist vielen Leuten schon bekannt und unsere Templates werden nachgenutzt! Im LMS Kurs der DHBW zur Verzahnung von digitalen und analogen Lernräumen werden unsere didaktischen Templates als Grundlage genutzt 🤩

Ich arbeite in Workshops vor Ort gerne mit der Methode des Kartentauschs:
Jede Person erhält eine Karte, sucht sich eine Gesprächsperson und beide stellen sich gegenseitig ihre Karten vor und erläutern ihre eigene Position dazu. Dann werden Karten getauscht und das nächste Gespräch gesucht ...
Meine Alternative für eine digitale Variante war bisher immer nur eine Zufallanzeige, was aber natürlich nicht das Gleiche ist, weil man dann ja nicht Karten tauscht, sondern einfach irgend eine andere Karte angezeigt bekommt. Das fand ich immer wenig zufriedenstellend!
Deshalb habe ich jetzt ein Mini-Tool für einen digitalen Kartentausch entwickelt, bei dem man sich gegenseitig die Nummer seiner digitalen Karte sagt - und dann mit einem Klick 'tauschen' kann 🙂
Ich habe keine Ahnung, ob jemand anders auch schon einmal nach solch einer Lösung gesucht hat. Falls ja: Ich teile meine Version hier offen und Du kannst sie gerne für Dich anpassen und weiternutzen.

@sara I use and somehow believe in CC licenses as they are the only way to open up knowledge in a copyright-based system. However, as a librarian, I have been living to see lots of difgerent activities around #openaccess , #oer , #opendata etc. and it has always troubled me that CC licenses play an important role wrt the legal aspects of these initiatives when knowledge created by people who are payed with public money should just be public domain by default – with no need for CC licensing.
Idly wondering about the feasibility of academic partnerships for our #wiki. 🤔 Bahaipedia's grown a lot in recent years and the word is that it's getting a lot of use from researchers, members of Baha'i institutions, and just random interested folks. I wonder whether we couldn't just hook up with some groups studying with the Wilmette Institute (online courses and the like) to have them do on-wiki projects as coursework. #EdTech #OER #Bahai

Today I am discovering the wonderful world of Open Access APCs. I, a poor queer independent researcher, would like to publish my research open access because I believe it should be free to any who need it. The publication we were pointed to as being ideal for publishing our work....wants to charge over $3000USD. Nicht nur die Erstellung eines eigenen GPT Modells erfordert einen Bezahl-Account, sondern auch wenn man ein von einer anderen Person erstelltes Modell ausprobieren will.
Als eine Person, die unter anderem dazu arbeitet, neue technologische Entwicklungen einzuordnen und zu erklären, bringt mich das in das Dilemma, dass ich mich auf diese Weise sehr leicht unfreiwillig zu einer Influencerin für KI-Unternehmen machen lassen könnte. Das fände ich falsch - so spannend ich zugleich die neuen Möglichkeiten finde.
Ich überlege deshalb meine Selbstverpflichtung zur Veröffentlichung meiner erstellten Inhalte als OER dahingehend zu erweitern, dass ich keine Inhalte erstelle oder Lernangebote über etwas erstelle, wofür auch andere einen (Bezahl)-Account brauchen.
Wie geht ihr mit dieser Frage um? Vielleicht könnte man zu diesem Thema eine Art öffentliche Erklärung von mehreren Menschen schreiben und gemeinsam veröffentlichen, um mehr Bewusstsein für die Problematik zu schaffen.
