When I see this, I worry people are losing sight of the forest through the trees.
#JimmyCarter has been a staunch ally of #Palestine for decades: I remember in the 2000s, people were railing at him for calling a book about it "Peace, not Apartheid". #Biden may not be as vocal, but he's facing some extreme political realities: he can't control #Israel, and would literally be risking #democracy itself by going against #AIPAC right now. Even still, he's been quietly pressuring the Israeli Government to allow aid to enter #Gaza and work towards a peaceful solution.
Meanwhile, #Trump spent 4 years emboldening the #Netanyahu Regime, to the point where without him, we may not have even had this crisis. That is on top of his ongoing attempt to dissolve the democracy.
I'm not saying we shouldn't protest Biden, we should always question the president, but I hope people understand, when voting a year from now, that Biden is the only good choice the sub-democratic system is giving us.

They estimate about 30,000 Hamas fighters in total and their stated goal is to wipe out Hamas entirely.
Given the current ratio of deaths, how many Palestinians will they have to kill to wipe out Hamas?
Answer: 195,000 - 390,000
(But don’t call it genocide.)
