I was thinking about how #Trump has never been charged with #WitnessTampering. Experts give various reasons why, I don't know which is correct. But we are seeing that the failure to charge him means it continues.

Last July #BarbMcquade explained to #Maddow the statute & that it's a crime, even if it's done publicly & doesn't seem to work.
The ATTEMPT itself is a completed crime.
#RogerStone was convicted of it, but #pardoned by #TFG.

We need to demand charges for this crime.
