Bei Probanden mit der kompletten Vorimmunisierung (Grundimmunisierung 2021 + Booster im Frühling 2022 + bivalenter Herbstbooster 2022) führt der aktuelle XBB Booster zu einer guten Antikörperantwort, auch gegen die neuen Varianten wie zB JN.1, ein Abkömmling von BA.2.86 #Pirola mit noch größerer Immunflucht. Das ist bei Probanden ohne vorherige Infektion, nach #COVID19 durch das ursprüngliche #Omikron und nach einer Infektion durch XBB.

Ein gewisses Immunimprinting (geringere Immunantwort auf neue Varianten) ist zwar auch hier zu sehen, aber es war nicht sehr stark ausgeprägt.
