Compared to bands like, e.g., #TheOffspring, #SocialD continuously changed their musical style with their age, and thus, they can stlll perform excellently.
And there were no vocal parts that could be forseen as not being reachable at a later age (like, e.g., GunsNRoses).
Despite all voices calling #SocialDistortion's #HardTimesAndNurseryRhymes album an old man's record, I still like it, especially sitting in the sun, having a cold beer at hand.

It's so cool how music is cyclical, how bands clearly influence each other. Everything comes back around again, and I love that. I've loved the music of The Clash and The Kinks for so many years, but now that their time has passed, new bands definitely have their feel.

I don't usually get SUPER excited for new albums, I gotta really love the band. Sometimes things stand out. I was excited for the new Gee Tee and Bong Coffin records that came out in March, I'm excited for the new Hives one that comes out in August, and just based on these two songs, I'm PSYCHED to hear the rest of this new Wristwatch album coming in July.
