This "Physical 100" reality tv show is fun to watch. Unfortunately, only 2 new episodes per week. It's kind of like squid games, except no dying if you'e eliminated. They're really working hard in those challenges! 👏👏👏 It's interesting to see when they're up against each other which type of athletic capabilities and strategies will win.
Maybe I'll have to watch some of "Ultimate Beastmaster" to fill in the time while I wait for new episodes.
I don't pay attention to much when it comes to so-called "reality TV". But, when even I encounter discussions about ‘MILF Manor,’, I have to stop myself from banging my head against the wall. I'm sure that there are other ways to get the point across.

We discovered Love Without Lies on Netflix! Having to read subtitles means my brain and eyes are sufficiently engaged to not second screen the whole time, which then means I'm keeping my elbows still. Also, we figured out today that our neurodivergent household is 100% watching this show and others like it as a sort of anthropological study of neurotypical behaviour. 😂 Win/win.
