It's always nice when a KAP kite catches another kite on camera. To see a high flyer from above makes dizzying heights even more ... dizzying :-)
🐘🔍 Yesterday, the reader and emulator for MFM disks arrived. We couldn't resist, and after midnight, managed to read all 3 Fujitsu 47 MB disks from 2 Triglav J-11 computers. Unlike the test samples collected from the workshop, these were 100% readable and error-free 🤩 The operating system is DELTA-M, based on RSX-11M.
👹🔫 Doom for Super Nintendo is a significant technical achievement due to the console's limitations regarding 3D capabilities. It wouldn't have been possible without the use of the additional Super FX 2 chip. Nonetheless, rewriting the game engine was necessary. Recently, the author released the source code, and you can check its analysis on this YouTube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqP3ZzWiul0

We find these pan-European brass cutlery butt mounts all the time in Swedish plough soil. They date from the 14/1500s and are easily recognised because they were fastened to the tangs of iron cutlery, so there is always rust staining or an iron stump sticking out of the base of the mount.
Look at the edge retouching on this Mousterian point from Betalov spodmol in #Slovenia. It was made by a Neanderthal person, someone whose mind worked pretty much like yours or mine. And it makes me wonder how anyone could ever have believed in the now discredited eolith lumps of stone from the Wolf Cave in Finland.
