Occasionally seeing new #companies / #business accounts on #Mastodon and other #Fediverse sites. While I personally don't have a problem with #businesses, especially #SmallBusiness, using Fedi for #WebPresence / #promotion (in fact I see it as wider adoption), I feel like they don't always get an accurate picture.

This isn't like corporate #SocialMedia, were you just blast your message and hope it's either picked up by the algorithm or pay for it to be broadcast. You have to take steps to get people to spread your posts organically, which means making a direct appeal to your customers. I would personally follow brands like MSI, Oracle, and O'Rielly Media on here, if nothing else then to see what they're up to, but only if they didn't try to flood my timeline with boring #advertising.

This is where promotional deals, use tips, and just interesting content can go a long way. Most people don't mind for-profit posts, they're just tired of seeing #ads for things they don't care about.

Il paraît qu'il faut se présenter.
Alors, salut les craftopipotes, moi c'est Mathilde. 27 printemps à mon actif, créatrice vendéenne qui touche un peu à tout.

Auto-entrepreneuse déclarée depuis Septembre 2021, je réalise des créations en broderie (point de croix), couture (à la machine), résine (epoxy mais changement en cours pour une résine plus naturelle et respectueuse de notre jolie planète), macramés (de jolies suspensions pour vos plantes), et puis curieuse d'autres techniques que j'essaierais certainement à l'occasion 🌸

Soucieuse de mon impact écologique, j'essaie au maximum de réduire mes déchets alors la plupart de mes tissus sont de la récup, faite à droite à gauche, et je propose des produits zéro déchets comme des serviettes hygiéniques lavables.

En dehors du Boudoir, je suis aussi maman-chat et maman-lapin, avec 4 petits chats et 2 lapins 🐇 🐈
Je bois plus de thé que je n'ai de sang dans les veines, je fais de la photographie (animalière, végétale et du portrait, notamment des Talents du Puy du Fou), passionnée par la mer et le monde marin 🐋.

J'apprends encore à faire des descriptions d'images, alors n'hésitez pas à me dire s'il faudrait ajouter ou modifier des informations pour aider au mieux 🌸
