In the absence of Twitter’s excellent and devoted @paddynotpatty, a PSA: 🇮🇪
- It’s St. Paddy, not St. Patty, after “Padraig". Maybe St. Pat's. But never Patty.
- It's a shamrock ☘️, a trefoil, and not a four-leaf clover 🍀, as the aforementioned St. Paddy apocryphally used as an analogy for the Trinity, so the "three" part is pretty important.
