Tropical storm Ophelia knocked down our native redbud tree, Cercis canadensis. Really disappointing. 😔 I called a arborist to see if it can be reset.

I had a friend on primary school and he was fresh outta Pakistan. So we couldn't talk. Luckily we were masters in the universal language of painting.
So we draw.
He showed me a way to draw a tree with a dead simple pattern. Now I challenged myself to come up with a script to simulate that technique.

In Celtic mythology, the alder tree was symbolic of a balance between female and male principles since it possesses both female and male catkins on the same branch.
In Irish mythology the first human man was made from the alder tree which is considered a tree of the fairies.
