If true, it affects EU (and the world) profoundly, cynically seeking profit by hijacking and sabotaging what SHOULD be a climate protection body. The attempt to coopt a process whose job is to stop wide-scale ecological disaster should itself be seen as ecological disaster.

Each and every policy change affecting a member nation should implicate anyone implementing that change in EU because such changes occur within the EU and all that happens outside is the lobbying for and agreement.
Put them on notice NOW, before the meeting, that such policy changes as flow from this neeting will be charged so no one can be surprised by this interpretation after..
Seek relevant email and physical documents about meeting planning and agendas that that flowed to/from the EU prior, and later followup documents that implement any lobbied-for sale or policy change.
Charge all involved, those lobbying and those implementing, even though they aren't physically in the EU. Arrest them later upon entry for any followup purpose.
Even if it fails, it highlights the need for more, broader & stronger laws.
Every counter-argument made, every loophole cited, and every appeal filed should have its basis scrutinized and its key elements meticulously catalogued so they can be flowed directly into new & more solid law impervious to such, because actions like these IMPLEMENT deadly regulatory capture. They MUST be seen as capital crimes against humanity.

Tatsächlich hat die #UN 2022 in #Montreal auf der #COP15 sehr wichtige Schritte Richtung Biodiversität gelegt! Wichtig auch der Begriff #regenerativeAgriculture , der bereits bei #cop27 prominent war und auch bei der #cop28 auf der Agenda steht.
Hier soll nicht nur das Problem mit Pestiziden, Biodiversität und Überdüngung (Nitrate,Stickstoff) angegangen werden, sondern auch den Humusaufbau und die #CO2 Speicherung im Boden. Damit Landwirtschaft klimaverträglicher und nachhaltiger sein soll, also auch nachfolgende Generationen fruchtbare Böden voller Mikroorganismen vorfinden.

Over 10,000 civilians killed in #Ukraine since start of war
The #UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission has confirmed that more than 10,000 civilians, including at least 560 children, have been killed in Ukraine since 24 February 2022, with an additional 18,500 injuries reported.
The HRMMU cautioned that its numbers are likely an undercount, given the challenges of verifying information from active war zones.

The medical charity Médecins Sans Frontières (#MSF) said a clinic it operated in Gaza City was attacked on Monday morning.
