@deonandan I can literally hear my public health doctor grandfather calling them all "fools" from his grave. He saw diseases such as smallpox, diphtheria, polio etc affect the Canadian population. This article doesn't get into it, but he was huge proponent of vaccines. He was even involved in a study looking at the rates of diphtheria before and after #vaccine introduction (rates and deaths plummeted).
