We don't get to see a lot of snow in #Vienna . Whenever we do, I wonder if it will be the last time or how many more times we are going to see it. It was only when I lived in Australia that I understood what the seasons that I grew up with actually meant for my life. My memories of time in Brisbane are so blurry to me. I really can't tell what happened when there. Here, most moments are tied to colours, months, temperatures, light, etc. I wonder, though, what the future holds.

The #Bummelkasten concert in #Vienna was great and for a children's concert simply fantastic. A one-man band with loop sequencer and a comfy chair.
I really enjoyed the Arena as location and I'm very happy my kid go to experience her first "real" concert (actual evening staff, standing, delayed gig with whistling) in such a culturally rich place.
Most of the other parents looked like they'd been here many times before. Totally my bubble.
We had a really warm November here in #Vienna (average temperature 8°C), our apple tree still hasn't lost its leaves....and then December arrived and out of nowhere we got about 20cm of snow in one day! That's not a lot for Austria, but it certainly caused chaos in the city, where few people are used to real snow! #ClimateDiary

"The general assembly of the “International Criminal Police Organization” (Interpol) with 195 member states is supposed to take place at the end of November/beginning of December for its 100th Anniversary. The event is rumoured to happen from the 28th of November until the 3rd of December. The guest list names hundreds of police chiefs and heads of governments. Goal of the conference is the improvement of the efficiency in fighting international crime and terrorism, as well as universal global quality standards.

🇩🇪🚄🍽 I really love the ICE-T train-sets and so this trip with ICE 20 from #Vienna🇦🇹 to #Nuremberg🇩🇪 was delightful, in spite of a delay of 30min, due to a late arrival of the train arriving in the Austrian capital.
On the ~5h train ride, I went for a classical German wheat-beer, a soothing "Kartoffeleintopf" as well as a delicious chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream 😍 at the #DB🇩🇪 #diningcar 👍!
