Finde es wirklich schade das man nicht die Option als Spieler geboten bekommt, sich zu jeder Zeit umskillen zu können. Die Möglichkeit gab es zu Beginn sogar, wurde aber wieder rausgenommen.

Between their easy to mod design, good shape, and insistent use on standard AA batteries (No need to worry about an internal battery dying on you and rendering the whole controller useless) I'm hooked.

Did a little Path of Exile on the Series X this morning. PoE is a beautiful, fun game but it certainly lends itself to playing in short bursts because of how damn frustrating it can be. Just getting killed over and over at the same spot, STRONG enemies that are FAST despite me finding the best gear possible, socketing, etc.
As always in games (including Diablo II, despite me loving it), I hate how some games have enemies that respawn when you leave or re-enter an area. I've always thought that's a total garbage mechanic in games. If I kill you once, that should be it. Unless it's an animal or something, the specific monster enemies should STAY DEAD.
Anyway, trying as a witch this time in PoE and it's interesting. Brutal. But I'm gonna keep going. Carefully and slowly, apparently. 🙄

I have a (Xbox) Series X, but I don't regularly pay for GamePass monthly or anything. I gotta admit I don't really understand Xbox's Game Pass Gold or Ultimate or whatever the hell their weird monthly gaming pricing tiers are (just look at this article and the images from it I attached here, one on the Gold/Ultimate tiers and the other on conversion ratios -- they're both bizarre and overly complicated enough to make your brain bleed).
I'm not a big fan of the holidays, but one of the things I DO enjoy about the holidays is all the wacky gaming sales. I wait for those super low Game Pass rates, when there's a lot of games I want to try, and I reactivate my Game Pass for the little to nothing sale price.
Then I play a ton of games for that month and I cancel GamePass at the end of the month. 😂

I think I am going to get an #XBoxSeriesX next month. I considered the Series S, but I don't like the lack of a disk drive.
Not that I will have a choice in the future. This is probably the last gen with physical game media outside of Nintendo.
What sold me on the #XBox was #gamepass. I'd rather pay a monthly fee for access to a bunch of games and buy the ones I love on disk.

Funny story- I won an Xbox Series X online a few years back, it's all customized and really cool. But today, the matching custom controller finally crapped out (sigh). The Series X is SUCH an amazing machine, I use it for Hulu, Netflix, YouTube & everything too, it's just incredible (I played the recent Diablo IV open beta on it!) and it BREEZED on it, it's such a powerful machine. Long story short, had to jump on a new controller. And why not two, can finally play with my kid. These are too damn killer looking to pass up.

Opinion: the Switch multiuser experience is better than the Xbox one. 1) On Xbox you have to go the the current user, menu in then out, then select. 2) Then open your software. Even with assigned controllers it feels clunky. Switch is just: open software, who are you, go. #Xbox #XboxSeriesX #Switch
Je pique l’idée que j’ai vu sur l’autre réseau 🐦 de mettre en thread les jeux que je termine en donnant mon ressentis à chaque fois, pour en garder une trace.
Je commence avec #SonicFrontiers que j’ai finis en à peu près 25h. J’ai beaucoup aimé ce jeu qui est loin d’être parfait. Plusieurs fois, je n’ai pas pu m’empêcher de ragequit mais j’ai toujours fini par y revenir et, au final, aller jusqu’à sa fin (qui est franchement pas folichonne).
I definitely need to follow more #gaming accounts. German or English is okay. Any suggestions?
