2. If the Society of Authors is pressuring the UK Copyright Office to take the stance of not awarding copyright to wholly AI derived writing and art? Or pressuring for changes in the law? They just happen to follow the same rhyming scheme. So, it's just an English sonnet with a poor approximation of Shakespearean language, using an English sonnet's expected structure but none of the stuff that when you point it out gets you a good grade when you study and analyse Shakespeare at school.
(I'll admit, I've mainly seen these style of posts on LinkedIn.)

They're not really in the style of a Shakespearean sonnet, when you think about it. There's no metaphor, for a start. They are usually a very literal poem where Shakespeare rarely was.
Maybe rather than calling what AI chatbots produce "bullshit" , we can use Bing Chat's example and call it "penguin urine".

Now that we've entered the age of AI-generated spam, bland work with nothing much to say is worth even less than it used to be. Be sure this doesn't sound like anything you're writing:
- Fails to produce any deep point of view
- Endings too neat and perfect
- Emotions often spill into melodrama
- Everyone has “piercing green eyes”
- Often opens with characters sitting down
Those last two are pretty funny.
