Examples: You may be debating, if it is safe to go see a dentist, even though you had a tooth ache for months. Or you might discuss with your partner, if a museum visit is safe enough. Or you may argue with family about the upcoming holidays. By describing practical examples like these we might be able to illustrate the collective abandonment too many of us are experiencing.

Talking about how #CovidIsNotOver and acting accordingly - such as wearing a mask - links into a broader political context of #solidarity, collective action, radical communal care, #intersectionality, and anti-hierarchy. Not doing these things contributes to a fear that many people - I'm very much one of them - rightly feel going into spaces dominated by an ideology tied to eugenics, health supremacy and ableism, and related practice. It also undermines movement for change, such as air filtration and safer workplaces alongside undermining #AntiCapitalist praxis in general, given pretending the pandemic is over is central to late stage capitalism and maintaining the status quo. It means that more people forget about us with #LongCovid, which means it gets easier for the state to keep minimising, gaslighting and ignoring us alongside go after us with sanctions and BS assessments. Covid awareness and safety alongside resistance to the normalisation of a mass disabling event should be central to radical praxis, but sadly it has been abandoned by so many on the left, which is depressing and isolating.
I see a lot of misconceptions about #capitalism from all sorts: #communists, #socialists, #anticapitalist folks, etc. I submit for your consideration that an argument is much stronger when it rests on the truth instead.
One misconception; that capitalism demands/prioritizes/etc. profit. It doesn't. PEOPLE may prioritize profit, but nothing about capitalism does. Capitalism prioritizes private ownership of the means of production and voluntary exchange; that's it.

Human beings have #HumanRights. These rights are not constrained by their governments' failures to ratify certain human rights treaties.
#Borders exist to mark off territory controlled by elites whose competition accounts for most if not all wars and to deny human beings on the "wrong" side of an arbitrary line rights and privileges available on the "right" side. This cannot be justified ethically. I am hostile to #xenophobia
Finally, I am pessimistic about the future of humanity. #COVID19 and the #ClimateCrisis demonstrate our unfitness for survival.
I find it very theraputic when I'm home sometimes singing very poorly, not harming anyone and giving my vocal chords a total flog mostly happens when drinking and I usually sing about how much I hate rightwing nazi fascist hypocrites... if any neighbours get offended then obviously they support rightwing fascist bigoted politics some where along the line there.

The employer receives 100% of the property rights to the produced outputs and liabilities for the used-up inputs while the workers jointly receive 0% of that whole product. This is despite the firm's workers being jointly de facto responsible for using up the inputs to produce the outputs and there being a principle that legal responsibility should be assigned to the de facto responsible party

@RickiTarr I always felt #capitalism's property/labor relations were off. The #capitalist somehow under-compensated #labor. I could not justify this #anticapitalist take until I read David Ellerman. His theory of inalienable rights clarified it for me. Labor is special as it is de facto responsible for production unlike capital, which is a dead tool. Labor should receive the property rights to what they produce because that is the only way legal and de facto responsibility match

I am an autistic, trans, egocom, White, got enough sight, and wish I was a computer. My main goals in life revolve around using mutual aid as the basis to overthrow capitalism and the state, to do cool physics with sky shinies, and most importantly of all to make a permadeath full dive vr open world dragonball game so I can go super sayian for real.
I talk a whole lot about ableism, hierarchy, transphobia, and some of my endeavors into mutual aid. I focus more on the introducing people to mutual aid side of things there. Teaching ppl how to grow plants is cool uwu
I will listen to others, and am always doing my best to understand the hierarchy others face. But I do not shy away from being controversial, my own experiences are valid too. For example, I don't think three abled people should be able to overrule two disabled people on the topic of disability, and so hate democracy. I also block quite a lot of people over ableist language, as I have strong opinions on that.
In my free time I read books, play video games, grow fun plants, or dabble in tech. Often the books are on physics or mathematics. I play a lot of TF2, dbd, dark and darker, mc (run my own servers uwu), PlanetSide 2, and recently Pokemon showdown. They are good backgrounds for talks on political theory and all that.
I stream and make YouTube videos. Links to that are in my bio. My goals with streaming are to bring people together to do things they didn't have opportunities for before. Ttrpg groups are hard to make, and it's hard to find people to play team based games with that are not pieces of shit as it turns out. A place where you don't have to deal with ableist language or being called slurs is not common when it comes to shit like TF2. I also like going over news weekly, like what's going on with covid, and talking about mutual aid and physics. The videos are mainly on the basics of my anarchist ideology and all that. As I get better at videos I'll do more complicated stuff.
Also more organized groups of queer people in games lets us not be kicked by fascists and so provide a little bit of hope to queer people who stumble on us, as well as outing fascists so we can kick them instead.
Anyways, if y'all are interested in my account or thing others might be, please boost. I spend more money upkeeping servers than I actually make doing this, so at least having enough people around to break even so I can keep doing it would be nice lol

Today in Labor History September 28, 1920: Throughout September there were widespread armed occupations of Italian factories by workers. The actions originated in the auto factories, steel mills and machine tool plants, but spread to many other industries, including cotton mills, hosiery firms, lignite mines, tire factories, breweries & distilleries, steamships and warehouses in the port towns. At its height, 600,000 workers participated in the anti-capitalist protests for worker control and empowerment.

#BlackRockCity, #Nevada – "#Climate #activists shut down the highway leading to the Burning Man Festival. A Ranger violently rammed the roadblock where one woman was chained the barricade, and then pointed his weapon at protesters at close range.
"The Ranger, driving a Pyramid Lake Ranger vehicle, a tribal vehicle, then violently arrested one woman, throwing her to the ground, as shown in the video by Freedom News. The video also shows those delayed on the highway tearing down the road block in the heated debate.
"The climate protesters, #SevenCircles, said they stood for #anticapitalism, pointing out the excesses of resources being used in the desert."

Today in Labor History August 15, 1906: W.E.B. DuBois demanded equal citizenship rights for African-Americans during the second meeting of the Niagara Movement, saying, "We will not be satisfied to take one jot or little less than our full manhood." Founders of the movement named it for the “mighty current” of change they hoped to achieve. DuBois made his famous statement at Harper’s Ferry, sight of the failed insurrection led by John Brown, in 1859. For a wonderful speculative fiction story based on the premise that John Brown had succeeded in his raid, with the help of Harriet Tubman, read Terry Bisson’s “Fire on the Mountain” (1988).
In addition to cofounding the Niagara Movement, DuBois also cofounded the NAACP. He devoted his life to fighting racism, segregation, Jim Crow and lynchings. DuBois opposed capitalism and blamed it for much of the racism in America. He was also a prolific writer, an anti-nuclear and peace activist, and a proponent of Pan-Africanism.

I'm an anarchosocialist in the USA. I've felt this way since my teens, I'm in my 40s now. If anything, I'm getting MORE left/progressive as I get older. I'm about helping people. Redistributing wealth. Taking it from hoarding fucks that make everyone else suffer. We all know it, but we need to DO things about it. Spreading information helps.
That's why I'm here. To try and not bitch too much about day to day drama or the fascist demagogues in power, but to also hopefully give useful, practical ideas to free yourself more.
And also to recognize the cool stuff on Earth--nature, everything else. Buckle up.
