@janettespeyer Have you been following my #arteconomy posts? I started posting articles about the economy of art. I told an art appreciation course for non-art majors and decided part of the lectures will be on educating them on the Economy of arts. Their eyes opened wide when they began to understand just how much money the arts and artists bring to the table. Yet they don't get much appreciation for it. Cuts in funding to the arts have been constant. we need universal income.
