Me and my mama a couple weeks ago at WNDR #Museum. 😆 This was at a VIP event to preview Yayoi Kusama's Dots Obsession (thanks again for the invite!), and I brought my mom as my guest. Before the main attraction we got to go through the museum, including this fun #opticalillusion room.

Summertime! 'Balls on the Beach,' 1960s, Philip Evergood (1901-1973). A leading Social Realist, Evergood also became one of the leading Modernists with compositions that bordered on magic realism. He distanced himself from political & social issues to figures more fanciful & free, with an almost childlike sweetness in his work.

Looking for #webdev advice: I need to build an #artgallery site that will eventually showcase hundreds of images, and I need to organize and cross-reference them into multiple categories and subcategories of galleries and collections by type of work and owner. I’ve scoped a database schema and wireframes to do it in #wordpress, but before I go down that path, does anyone know from experience whether, say, Squarespace would accommodate those specs off the shelf? And can you point to examples?
