I am the messiest sketcher, but I get the figure and a likeness, so I guess it works. I got a lot of compliments from the other artists who really like how I draw, and I love how they do, which is more refined and classical. It's nice to get that feedback. I've been missing that for a while. It helps not being self-conscious I didn't go to art school.

This was another one of those surreal sunset skies taken at a reservoir in west coast Florida. The glass smooth water was the perfect conduit for these incredible, picture perfect reflections. A double delight, so to speak. :)

When I first ventured into the digital art world, this handsome Brown Pelican was my first attempt at texturing. So besides just being a beautiful shorebird, he holds a special place in my heart. He also hangs in the entry hall of our home.

Star Fruit is a delicious, sweet, tropical fruit that is easily grown in the Florida landscape. It derives it’s name because when cut cross-wise, the fruit has a star shape. Enjoyed as a dessert or snack at anytime of the day. Textures applied to a photo taken in a friend’s yard.

These glowing free swimming #Jellyfish, #SeaNettles were totally hypnotic and mesmerizing performing their dance. With their long arms, tentacles, trailing behind them and their transparent bodies quivering in the blue water it was pure magic and made a lovely #abstract!

We've had a bit of rain recently so the waterfalls are going well atm. The #waterfall depicted in Wet Feet, Deepdale is only accessible by clambering down into the ravine from above or climbing up the lower falls. The second route was my choice – hence the title! 🤣
