I don’t think it’s time for half measures. Zoning is just one part.
You need financing, you need architecture / engineering / construction, you need materials.
I am actually worried that we don’t have enough systems or templates in place for this to make an impact.
Most people don’t know this, but rentals are a BIGGER issue outside of urban areas in the province of BC: only SFH, and not affordable to rent an entire house!
