New haircut. Felt cute. IDK, might delete later.
In Nov I managed to stress my forearm at the gym so badly that it progressed into tendonopathy. This happened the week prior to recording sessions and concerts where I had solo work, followed by the onslaught of Christmas singing. It hurt! I finally saw a physio who shook his head and said “yeah, that wouldn’t have healed on its own.”
I’m cleared for gentle upper body workouts so I can work off the 🎅 🎄 cookies!
