Ich habe das alles im März eingestellt. Und was ist passiert? Nichts, die Besucherzahlen bleiben stabil.

Also relaxen, wenn man mal eine Blogpause einlegt, davon geht die Welt nicht unter.

I'm Stephen (Big Bearded Bookseller) and I work for Waterstones during the day but at night I blog about so many things.

I run two directories http://www.indiebookshops.com and http://www.indiepublishers.co.uk and am always on the lookout for more info for them.

I review books, music, film, and TV, read tarot, take photographs, cook food, and garden.

@atomicpoet @fediversenews #Google has an awful history when it comes to building social networks.

Most of the ones they “owned” were bought:

- #Blogger
- #Youtube
- #Picasa (renamed/merged into Google Photos)
- #Orkut (started independently by a Google)

With the exception of Youtube & maybe Blogger, Google does not have a great track record with social (Google Plus is a great example).

So I tried to get some reading done, but I got too distracted with analyzing how the author composed each sentence so I couldn't concentrate. 😅😆

Is this what happens when you start writing regularly? You analyze other people's work? 😆

@lmorchard several years ago in the middle of the Web 2.0 boom I stumbled across all these amazing Blogspot sites of people who were converting old tapes and vinyl of obscure 80s music on basically, simple HTML pages. Amazing gold mine. I wonder if that kind of stuff still exists these days.
