I couldn’t sleep past 4 am so I got up and made these🙂.
I modified the cooking aspect of a simple #hotteok recipe I’ve used before- adding a square of 70%cocoa to the walnut, brown sugar, cinnamon recipe. And instead of cooking them stovetop and flattening them , I baked them in the oven for 20 minutes at 380degrees Fahrenheit.
These are dangerous!

Mit selbstgemachten #Brioche-#Buns. Und (gekauften) #vegetarisch|en Patties und Zwiebeln, Champignons, Tomate, Gurke. Die #Wedges nachhaltig direkt nach den Buns in den Ofen. Die brauchen auch überhaupt nicht vorgekocht werden.
Der Salat passte nicht mehr aufs Foto, war grüner Salat mit Gurken, Tomaten und Feta und einer klassischen Vinaigrette
Heute gibt es hausgemachte Burger 🍔, dazu bis eben die Burger 🍔 Buns gebacken mit Sesam 🙂. Eines bereits probiert und sehr lecker 😋 nun werden die Patties frisch gemacht, das ist jetzt Madame ihr Part 😆.

This pretty bread is from Antequera in Spain. Look at the photo. They have very pale brown color. Do you want to say they are undercooked? No, they are completely baked. This is the characteristic of molletes.
Just spreading some butter or your favorite jam is the excellent way to enjoy this bun. Molletes is also great for sandwiches.

I came down to the #kitchen for breakfast this morning and found myself in a #bakery instead. People are stocking up for the Christmas break and here is some of the consignment that my wife will be delivering later today. She has shown such dedication to her new business, built on her skill and enthusiasm for #baking.
The larger loaves are 800 g, the smaller ones (flat #breads or #bazlama) and the #buns are 200 g.

While the oven was hot already anyway, I decided to amp up the rather lackluster, store-bought, white #bread #buns we still had.
Sliced them up, covered them with cheese, spread some mustard on 'em, and topped half of them with small tomatoes, salt and pepper, before popping them into the oven.
The result was quite a lot tastier #cheeseMelts / #toasties!
