Apple has really outdone itself with the bad UX on this phone number prefix selector when creating a new Apple ID.

It's impossible just to type in the prefix or search for a country, typing `+47` to find "Norway" in the list takes me to "Bouvet" (which is an island close to Antarctica) and Norway is not close to it because even though the prefixes are first in each value, the list is ordered alphabetically.

So I can't use the normal trick I do and type `O` to get to "Oman" and then go one up to "Norway"; I would have to know that Oman has the phone number prefix `+968` and type that, then go up to find `+47 (Norway)`.
