Wanted to take this one home from Bonhams NYC, but... outbid. 'The Hidden Apple,' Philip Evergood (1901-1973). In the mid-1940s, his attention was increasingly toward the plight of women. It's time for an update of my #introduction, so here we go: Hi, I'm an #artist from Germany, exploring #colors and #abstraction in all sorts of ways. A #traditionalArt.ist by heart, after spending literal decades with monochromatic drawing, I switched to acrylic paint and have never looked back. I'm walking the line between #abstractArt and #figurativeArt and enjoy abstract #landscape and #neoPopart.
I sometimes do #urbanSketching, but #painting is what I enjoy the most!
