The month with most session was in Oct. 2021 with 37 sessions! 💯WOW! 💪 Strength training stays on top, followed by running! 🏃♂️ With consequences that I did more Core sessions then mountain bike, BUT duration of my mountain bike sessions took longer then a core session! 🚵♂️ Yes, I reached my goal!! 👊😎 But it's definitely not over yet 🤞😁 💪

Didn't made an update on this thread because i was busy with job interviews and such but i haven't missed a day yet. So without further a do heres the update.
:thicc: Legs:
12-14 : Did the usual regular 100 squats
15 (Today) ; I did 100 squats but this time im using resistance bands.
:alexjonesflexing: Arms
12-14 Did 100 knee push-ups, the sockers of my shoulders and my elboy joins feeling better now.
15 (Today) : 100 reps of some arm exercise with resistance bands (dont know the name)
:oyaji_body: Core
12-14: 100 mountain climbers, the usual.
15 (Today): 100 reps of some exercise i did with the resistance bands (again, not sure whats it called)

Day 12 - did the usual 10km jog / run. Got a new record :O
Day 13-14 - took a break on my knees and walk with my mother on a trail and took some pictures for 2 miles.
Day 15 (Today): Did only 6km jog and running because i tried changing things up and jog in the morning but the jogging in the Texas was baking me so i went in. Later on i wanted to resume but it rained so i didn't do the rest of it.
And that about it, Im really slacking on the 10km jogging but the other exercise im starting to make them more intense by using resistance band.
So yeah that about it

Starting to get use to this routine, i need to get some more music for my playlist, its starting to get stale
but anyways heres todays report:
:thicc: did 100 squats, again its getting easier day by day.
:alexjonesflexing: Did 100 knee pushups again so my shoulder sockets and elbows can get a break. Both feeling good but i will to take it on my scrawny arms.
:oyaji_body: Honestly the mountain climbers is getting on my nerves. I think ever since my elbow and shoulder was hurting ive been not making any progress on on chest exercises,. Most likey i messing on up the the mountain climbers. I might change to another exercise....
:yuno_running: And last the 10km jog / walk. Honestly my knees ache but not to the point its unbearable.
And that about it for today. I need to get some more music for my playlist when i get the time.... welp im going to sleep :sleep:

End of day 5 and it was disappointing because yet again it was pouring outside, so i didn't get to do my jog again, hurricane season is annoying :akko_mmpf3:
At least i completed my exercises.
:thicc: did 100 Squats, the squats is actually getting easier. Mostly likely because of the jogging.
:alexjonesflexing: squeezed out 10 push ups and the rest is 90 chair dips.
:oyaji_body: and last 100 mountain climbers.
Thats about it. Now i need to make up 17km somehow. I might just dedicate 1 whole day just jogging. Also change what time i should jog. Wish i got a treadmill.

:alexjonesflexing: Today i manage to squeeze out 10 push-ups and then of course my arms gave in, so i did 90 chair dips. At least i did actual push-ups today
:oyaji_body: Did 100 mountain climbers this is definitely way better then sit ups because it way more easier to do them correctly and i feel the burn. Hard to keep the stance because of my arms feeling like spaghetti.
:yuno_running: So for the job i did a 13Km jog with in-between walks so i could slowly make up for yesterdays 10km jog since it was pouring outside like cats and dogs. Originally i was going to do an extra 5km but my phone was low on battery so i have to stop at 3km. Today's jog log was fucked up because i think i didn't stop the last session for the first jog entry, took me 34 minutes to catch on so i made another jog session.
:cirno_think: I think the first entry is around 3+ km judging my previous log entries.
📖 And last i read some of Bells book "Fat Fuck to Fit Fuck", I actually watch some youtube videos to keep me motivated as the book suggested. Also the book suggest to create a playlist so i youtube-dl some music album to keep me hyped.

Seem like a no brainier to make a playlist but its was a bother for me because i refuse to use spotify and too lazy to download my music from youtube. Previously I was working out without listening to music but i went ahead and created myself a music playlist as the book suggested and It really payed off.
