"#FlexibleWork is #feminist; women won’t return to a system that hasn't served them well"

As leaders continue to call for the #ReturnToOffice, new data shows #workers at companies with #FlexibleWork policies—where #RemoteWork is welcome and #employees have the opportunity to go to an office—say the compromise is working. Employees with flexible work models surveyed by #FutureForum were 57% more likely to say their company #culture has improved over the past two years compared to fully in-person workers—citing flexible work policies as the primary reason their culture is improving.
I wish we could all have this option.
For those working full-time, only having 2 days off a week to physically and mentally recharge after a 5 day work week can be very challenging. It's almost never enough for me.

"Sir Dyson can claim that productivity is hampered by flexible working, but in my view, it’s panicked patter from a business relic.
