Been a wild week starting with getting back from my SIL's wedding to being sick on Tuesday to smoke across the East coast's sky to my oldest finishing 8th grade to...being up late cause a bunch of teenagers were hanging out in my basement being loud last night.

Gay morning all 👋🥱
I definitely feel like my cattens are being extra needy this week.
Māui snuggled between my legs for most of the night. When I awoke, he did a cute meow-yawn then demanded lots of affection.
Nyx led me to the sofa for brushes & made biscuits next to me while purring loudly for several minutes.
They're both affectionate cats, so I really do get the impression that they feel a bit attention starved overnight then get super excited in the morning.

Huzzah! It's taken me over 5 years, but I've finally gotten a picture of them all sleeping together! :cat_wow:
It's rare because Balthasar (the Fluffy Void Kitty) is comfortable with both Aurora and Mew, but those two aren't comfortable with being in physical contact with each other.
(I hadn't realised I caught Mew in the middle of a yawn until I was going through the pictures :jolteon_giggle: )

Here's OUR update: We're fine. Windows closed tight, to keep smoke out. It was thick at dusk last night. Less this morning, but still high winds.
My son, & friends are on other side of the evacuation line. He can't come this way. He's at a comfort center.
